Basecone and onFact

Basecone is a digital submission platform that lets you forward your purchase and sales documents to your accountant. With this integration you send your documents directly from onFact to Basecone.

Direct integration (onFact → Basecone)

As an accountant, for this integration you first need to activate your own platform with Basecone. In this platform you can create files for your clients, each with their own login. With it your clients can link their onFact account to their Basecone file. It is also possible to link onFact files you have access to via your own login. This is done via a drop-down list.

onFact has a direct integration with Basecone: a file in onFact can be linked to a specific file in Basecone based on client identification. Both purchase and sales invoices can be forwarded from onFact. The documents can then easily be processed further.
