Every account created in onFact starts with a 14-day trial, which is never simply converted into a subscription. So you can create an account for each client, with no obligation, which they can try free for 14 days. All onFact features are available during the trial.

You can also request your own demo account. It is set up as a file in your accountant account. In this environment you can create documents, try out features and introduce your client to onFact.

onFact is a program for entrepreneurs who, for the vast majority, rely on external professional bookkeepers and accountants for their financial administration and advice. Since onFact aims to make that financial administration easier, it is only natural that onFact fully supports that collaboration - at no cost to the accountant.

Yes, you can. Contact us and we will switch your accountant account to our reseller system. We recommend using the same pricing as onFact or selling onFact as part of a bundle. onFact will then invoice you monthly for the costs of all orders, minus your commission.

All accounts you bring in yourself entitle you to a commission. Already existing onFact accounts can easily be linked to your accountant account, but no fee applies to them.

As soon as you have earned at least €30 in commission, you can upload an invoice via your accountant account to invoice this commission to Infinwebs BV (the company behind onFact). The commission is paid out within 30 days of the invoice date.
