Teamviewer

Teamviewer is a small program that a PC user can download and open on their computer. When Teamviewer is activated on the computer, the user receives a unique identification (ID) and password. When you pass these details on to onFact, our support team can view your computer remotely in order to solve specific problems. As soon as you close Teamviewer after the session, onFact's access to your screen also ends.

Download and open the program using the button on the right until you see the ID and password appear.
