CodaBox and onFact

CodaBox acts as a channel between onFact and many accounting packages. All you need to do is tick the sales invoices in onFact and send them to CodaBox. This can even be automated! The invoices are placed in electronic form (UBL) in the client's file on the CodaBox servers, where accounting packages can download and process them further.

Direct integration (onFact → CodaBox)

The invoices are retrieved via your own accounting package. At the moment CodaBox can only exchange sales invoices, not yet purchase invoices. To use this function, as an accountant you need an active subscription for your client files with CodaBox. That way onFact files can be linked to files in CodaBox via the client's VAT number, with confirmation by email.
