Synchronisation of onFact documents with Dropbox

Your accountant account in onFact can be linked to your DropBox account. onFact automatically synchronises all documents of all files you have access to in the "onFact" folder under "Apps" in Dropbox. The files are synchronised both in PDF format and in UBL format , so you can easily exchange UBL files with your clients. Virtually every accounting package accepts these files for further processing.

If you also install the Dropbox application on your computer, Dropbox synchronises a local folder on your PC with the online files, so the UBL files end up directly on your computer. This means you no longer even have to download the documents via Dropbox; they are immediately available locally for processing.
