Sage BOB50 and onFact

You can pass on your digital documents for processing in Sage BOB50 in two ways: via Cloud Demat if you use the online application, or via BOB Demat if you use a local installation.

Via Cloud Demat

Sales invoices and purchase documents from an onFact account can easily be sent to our partner ClearFacts. ClearFacts works with Sage on the submission platform Sage Cloud Demat. Since onFact is linked with ClearFacts, this integration can be used to pass on information via Sage Cloud Demat. Sales invoices can also be sent to CodaBox, where Sage BOB can also pick them up.

Via BOB Demat

Do you use BOB via a local installation? Then you can use the BOB Demat module to process purchase and sales documents from onFact in BOB. Our software tool 'Accounting Downloader' places the onFact documents in predefined folders on your shared server or locally on your PC. You can easily download and install this program from your accountant account.
