Then you can renew your subscription monthly or annually ór convert it into a free account with a few basic features. Is your business growing? Then simply switch to a paid subscription to our invoicing program, without losing your data.
Every account you create is a full version, with a 14-day free trial. During or after the trial you decide whether to convert your onFact account into a free version with limited volumes and features. Afterwards, switching to a paid subscription is very easy, without losing any company data or documents you have already created in the account.
To avoid unexpected costs, your subscription is never renewed automatically. You choose when and for how long you want to use a paid subscription to our invoicing software. You can pay monthly or annually. In the latter case you get a 20% discount.
The onFact integrations that connect with other software packages or services are free. Please note: in many cases you do need a (paid) account with the software provider in question to be able to use the functionality.
No, only access to your account will expire. So no data is lost if you renew your subscription late or pause it. Want to delete your data permanently? Then contact us.
You can create unlimited quotes and invoices, unless you use our (free) basic version. This version includes a maximum of 3 invoices or quotes per month.
The paid subscription includes 5GB of storage space for attachments. Documents such as quotes, invoices and credit notes that you create with the onFact software do not count. The storage limit therefore only applies to attachments you upload to onFact yourself.
