Daily receipts book
The daily receipts book must include all sales for which no invoice has to be issued. In practice these are usually transactions with consumers (e.g. cash register tickets). The daily receipts book in onFact works on the basis of cash register tickets created in onFact. These tickets are automatically entered in your daily receipts book the day after their creation date.
Cash register tickets
onFact cash register tickets are automatically added to the daily receipts book from the day after their creation date. To record a receipt in the daily receipts book, you therefore need to create a cash register ticket in onFact. It is read in and appears in the list of daily receipts. So you no longer need to fill in anything yourself: onFact does it automatically!
Export & validation
You can easily download a version of the daily receipts book, as an Excel list or PDF file. You can forward this file to the accountant. The daily receipts book can be validated via the PDF export: if the PDF file has been tampered with, the verification link will work (blockchain technology). In the event of an audit, this makes it possible to show that the entries in the daily receipts book have not been changed.
