Manage customer data clearly

onFact supports both efficient and simple management of customer data. A clear list quickly leads to the customer and their record with contact details, links to previously created quotes and invoices, reports, attachments, ... You fill in as much data as you need; with just a customer name you can already get started in onFact.

Efficient use of customer information

The information from the customer database is quick and easy to access. It is automatically used when drawing up quotes, invoices and other documents - no more unnecessary typing. For one-off customers you do not even need to create a customer record. You enter a site address or delivery address once and can save it immediately for future use.

Look up by VAT number

To create customer records quickly, onFact is connected to the European database of companies. Enter a company's VAT number and onFact retrieves the registered name and address details, which are automatically saved in your customer database. Easy!

Import and export customer data

Do you already have a customer list from an existing program? You can easily import it into onFact: no manual copying needed. Once entered, you can synchronise your addresses with MailChimp, among others, for sending email campaigns.

Customers who speak other languages

Invoicing in other languages? That is also built into onFact! Select the desired language in the customer record or while creating a document, and the document layout is automatically translated into the customer's language. The languages available in onFact are Dutch, French, German and English. Need another language? Feel free to contact us.

Linked information

onFact lets you link plenty of information to your customer, for example by uploading attachments to the customer record. Save a different delivery address, or link your quote to a site address. Easily display these addresses on your documents. Do you use different prices for wholesale, private individuals or a specific customer group? Link your customer to a particular price tier and immediately see the correct product price.
