Create your maintenance jobs based on work orders
In onFact, periodic maintenance is always linked to a work order. If you go on site somewhere for maintenance, you can immediately add periodic maintenance via this current maintenance order. This way you are reminded of where you can go back after a certain amount of time.
Schedule via automatic email
Via an automatic email message you can remind your customers of maintenance to be scheduled. This way your customer can automatically receive an email asking them to get in touch to schedule the maintenance, for example 30 days before the next maintenance date (you set the periods yourself).
