Self-billing
Self-billing documents
Do you work with customers who draw up invoices in the name of your business? Then onFact offers a simple solution to receive, process and manage self-billing documents digitally.
What is self-billing?
With self-billing, your customer draws up the invoice in the name of your business. Instead of creating a sales invoice yourself, you receive a document drawn up by your customer according to prior agreements. To issue a self-billing document in onFact, you can use 'Purchase slips'.
Receive self-billing invoices directly
When a customer draws up a self-billing invoice for your business, you can upload it manually in onFact or receive it directly via the Peppol network.
Received documents are automatically placed in a separate self-billing inbox, apart from your regular purchase and sales invoices. This way you always keep a clear overview of all received self-billing documents.
Automatic processing of documents
In this self-billing inbox, onFact automatically processes the available data from the document. You can then check and process the document.
After processing, the document is automatically included in a separate sales journal for self-billing documents.
Working together with your accountant
Self-billing documents can be forwarded automatically to your accountant via one of the available accounting integrations.
As a result, your accountant immediately has the documents needed to process your administration.
