Manage products with onFact

Easily create products or services

With onFact you can easily create a new product or service: you can even import product data. You can easily use the entered product data in all documents: price, name, description or VAT rates are retrieved automatically. This way you can draw up quotes or invoices quickly and correctly without tedious typing.

Import and export product data

Do you have an item list from a supplier or a product database from a previous program? Then import it into onFact quickly, correctly and easily. That saves a lot of duplicate work! Overwriting multiple product details (e.g. a price change) in one go is also possible via import and does not have to be done product by product.

Stock management

In onFact you can easily activate the 'Stock management' module. This module calculates a virtual stock based on the registered orders, but also keeps track of the actual inventory based on the products that actually go out. You can easily replenish stock: manually, or by also registering your own purchases in onFact.

Composite products

Via the ‘composite products’ module, onFact can also easily handle stock management of composite bundles. Do you sell, for example, a value bundle of ten items at an adjusted price or a case of wine with six bottles? All individual items in this composite product are included in your sales and stock count.

Product reporting

Clear reporting gives you immediate insight into sales, including the turnover rate of all products or services and revenue per product or product group. You see in real time which top products or services have the most sales or the highest revenue.

Tiered pricing

Do you use different prices for wholesale, private individuals or a specific customer group? Enter different tiered prices per product. Based on your customer details, onFact immediately selects the correct tiered price.

Units of measure

In onFact you easily link the right units of measure to your products and display them on your documents. Conversion becomes child's play too.

Discounts

Various discounts - as a percentage or amount - can be granted at product level, at customer level, on the entire document (e.g. invoice) or via the cash discount.

Product photo

Show an image of your product on your documents so customers immediately see what it is about. The image is added to your product record and easily displayed on your quote, invoice, ...

Returnable packaging

With the ‘Returnable packaging’ module you can account for deposits on returnable packaging. You enter the deposit value at product level: onFact automatically calculates any refund when drawing up an order confirmation or invoice.
