onFact is not only an invoicing program for sales invoices, it also handles your purchase administration. In the 'Purchase management' module you register and follow up your own purchase invoices. onFact gives insight into purchases versus expenses per period or per purchase category.

Collect purchases

onFact has an inbox function to receive your purchase invoices easily. Each inbox has a unique email address. You can process the purchase invoices attached to the emails in the program immediately and easily. Paper documents can be emailed straight from your scanner to this email address. Or take a photo with your smartphone!

Integration with your accounting

onFact automatically converts your purchase invoices to the UBL format for electronic invoices. We forward these directly to the accounts/accountant for fast and automatic processing. No more data entry! View the list of linked accounting software here.

e-invoicing via PEPPOL

Your onFact inbox also accepts e-invoices via the PEPPOL channel. This way your suppliers can send you e-invoices from their invoicing software. By using full electronic invoices, you no longer need to retype anything: onFact automatically extracts all the necessary information from the purchase invoice.

Insight through reporting

If you also enter your purchase invoices in onFact, you can not only consult reports on your company's turnover, but also quickly view the gross margin (turnover - purchases). That way you keep a close eye on how much your business earns.
