Integration with your accounting
In onFact there are several ways to easily forward your purchase and sales invoices to your accountant. Which method is best for you depends on your accountant's software. onFact has a direct integration with many accounting software packages, so you can even have your documents flow through automatically!
Via direct integration
Connect your onFact account to your accountant's accounting software or delivery portal and send your documents directly, digitally and efficiently. For most programs, you can even activate automatic forwarding. No more end-of-quarter stress!

Via cloud storage
Let your documents flow from onFact to a storage service such as DropBox, Google Drive, OneDrive or the accountant's own server. From these platforms, the accountant can then retrieve your invoices for processing in his software.
Via digital export
If your accountant works with a software package that onFact is not directly linked with, you can very easily export your invoices in electronic format (UBL). You can email this file to your accountant for processing in his accounting software.
