Retrieve account information automatically
Following up payments of your invoices is time-consuming but essential. By activating the link with your bank via CodaBox or Ponto, onFact automatically retrieves bank statements. We compare the communication and other info of each transfer with your invoices, link the payment and mark the invoices as 'paid'. For unpaid invoices you can easily send (automatic) reminders.
Easily schedule payments
Do you also process your purchases in onFact? Then you can scan the QR code straight away to pay your purchase invoice immediately from onFact, or schedule several payments at once in your online banking environment. These are executed on their own due date and marked as 'paid' in onFact after payment.
Upload payment information yourself
In addition to automatically retrieving the information on your statements, you can add even more detailed bank information yourself, such as a VISA or Mastercard payment overview, CODA files from other accounts, ...
