Order confirmations (order confirmation to customers)
With the 'Order confirmations' module you create order confirmations for your customers. Have they placed an order or do they agree with your quote? Then easily create an order confirmation with onFact, send it to the customer for confirmation and optionally let them sign it online. Order confirmations can be created manually, but can also be copied directly from a quote.

The 'Order confirmations' module fits perfectly into your company's workflow. From a quote you create an order confirmation in one click. That can in turn be converted with one click into a delivery note and/or invoice! All dates, sequence numbers and other details are updated automatically so you can work efficiently.
Order confirmations and stock management
onFact distinguishes between virtual and actual stock. The virtual stock is the stock count based on order confirmations. This count takes into account not only what has already been invoiced or delivered, but also what customers have ordered. If customers were to order more than is currently in stock, you see this immediately in the stock warnings.
