Follow up project phases
Divide your project into different phases. When all assigned tasks within a particular project phase are completed, a pop-up asks whether you want to move the project to the next phase. Completed projects are archived and hidden.
Project reporting
If you also keep track of your purchases in onFact, you can assign them (or parts of them) to a project. Work orders, time entries, invoices, ... can be linked on the expense side. This way you get a clear overview of costs versus revenue within a particular project via 'Report'.
Documents under a project
The project budget is drawn up from a quote budget. Quotes, order confirmations, work orders, ... but also relevant attachments created outside onFact can be uploaded and linked to a project.
