What is DropBox?

DropBox is a file storage and synchronisation service. With DropBox, onFact documents can be stored in the cloud and files can be shared.

What are the benefits of the integration with DropBox?

All documents created in onFact are stored and kept in your onFact environment. However, if you want to keep these documents in a second location, they can also be synchronised with your own DropBox so they are stored on that platform as well. 

How does the integration with DropBox work?

You can link your own DropBox account with onFact. Documents created in onFact are then stored in onFact but also automatically forwarded to your DropBox environment, where they are stored as a PDF file and as a UBL file (e.g. in the case of invoices).
