If your accounts are kept in ExactOnline, you can activate a direct integration between onFact and ExactOnline. With this integration you can forward purchase and sales documents to ExactOnline and create a booking proposal that only needs to be approved by your accountant.

What are the benefits of the integration with ExactOnline? 

Because your documents in onFact are created or processed digitally, onFact can send them digitally to ExactOnline. They are delivered in a machine-readable format that the accountant can easily process in ExactOnline, so in principle they only need to be approved.

How does the integration with ExactOnline work?

The integration between ExactOnline and onFact is direct. Documents can be selected and forwarded to ExactOnline with one click. It is also possible to automate this forwarding, so that your documents are sent automatically from onFact to ExactOnline every day and your file is always up to date.
