Google Drive

What is Google Drive?

Google Drive is a file storage and synchronisation service created and managed by Google. With Google Drive, onFact documents can be stored in the cloud and files can be shared.

What are the benefits of the integration with Google Drive?

All documents created in onFact are stored and kept in your onFact environment. However, if you want to keep these documents in a second location, they can also be synchronised with your own Google Drive so they are stored on that platform as well.

How does the integration with Google Drive work?

You can link your own Google Drive account with onFact. Documents created in onFact are then stored in onFact but also automatically forwarded to your Google Drive environment, where they are stored as a PDF file and as a UBL file (e.g. in the case of invoices).
