What is Top Account?

Top Account is a software package for accountants. Invoices can be sent from onFact to Top Account, where your accountant can process them further.

What are the benefits of the integration with Top Account? 

Because your documents in onFact are created or processed digitally, onFact can send them digitally to accounting software. They are delivered in a machine-readable format that the accountant can easily process in their accounting package. This makes processing more efficient and faster.

How does the integration with Top Account work?

With our software tool 'Accounting Downloader', the accountant can have documents from client files placed in the correct folders for import into Top Account. This integration is set up from the accountant account: so you cannot set it up from your own client account.
