What are the benefits of the integration with Twikey?

Your invoices are collected automatically: the customer no longer needs to think about payment and you avoid late-paid invoices. After payment your invoices are automatically marked as 'paid' in onFact. The direct debit mandates are linked to onFact customer records and can also be used to collect periodic invoices / subscriptions.

How does the integration with Twikey work?

From onFact you can easily prepare direct debit mandates, and your customers can then sign them online via e-ID, bank card or smartphone. For invoices drawn up for this customer, a direct debit order can be initiated and executed from onFact. Once payment is received, your invoices are automatically marked as 'paid' in onFact.
