Send invoices by email
onFact sends invoices and documents directly to your customers' email address. A tracking function immediately tells you whether the invoice has arrived safely and when the email has been read. So if sending a quote fails, for example because of an incorrect email address, you can immediately resend the quote correctly or deliver it by post, so that no customer ever misses a quote.
Send invoices via PEPPOL
As an alternative to classic email, you can also send invoices via the European PEPPOL network. Invoices sent and received via the PEPPOL network have the advantage that they can be processed automatically.
Send invoices by post
With the print & post service you can have your invoices printed, franked and sent. You no longer need to go to a post office. Via an online wallet you can top up your available postage balance and use this service.
